How long should I expect to hear back from you after filling out the form?
You can expect a call back from us to schedule your appointment within one business day after submitting the form.
What happens during my child’s first dentist visit?
The initial visit typically focuses on getting to know your child, checking for any dental issues, and providing a thorough cleaning. Our dentist will examine the teeth, gums, and jaw and may take X-rays if needed. We will also answer any questions you may have and discuss at-home dental care tips.
How should I prepare my child for their first dental visit?

The best preparation is to maintain a positive attitude about the visit, as children pick up on adult apprehensions. Reassure your child that the dentist will help keep their teeth healthy. Show them pictures of the dentist’s office and friendly staff, and explain that our caring team is specially trained to ease children’s fears and anxiety.
We also recommend these children’s books to help provide a visual to your child about a typical dental visit.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Our pediatric dental office accepts most major credit cards and files with most dental insurance plans. Please visit this page for more details about available payment options.

For those without insurance looking for an affordable dental care alternative, we also offer an in-house dental savings program called the Cavity-Free VIP Program. This program provides preventive and routine dental care for your little one at reduced rates. Learn more about our discount dental plan here.

What amenities do you offer to keep my child entertained and at ease?
Our office offers a variety of entertainment options to keep them happily occupied. Our colorful, kid-friendly waiting areas have TVs, books, and games to enjoy. During procedures, your child can watch movies on ceiling-mounted screens with noise cancelling headphones (don’t worry—your child will still be able to hear us when we need to speak to them)!
Can parents accompany children to the back during procedures?
Yes! We welcome parents in our clinical area for all dental procedures!
Are siblings allowed to attend appointments?
Yes! We think it’s helpful for siblings to learn by watching their older sibs get checkups and cleanings.
